Sorry man, but the link you posted to is full of straight up lies. Google does NOT have a fancy operator for LSA, the "~" operator gives more general results, not LSA results. If you want real information about LSA, check out Dr Garcia's website at IRThoughts , i've written a beginners introduction on my website at Latent Semantic Analysis or Indexing. I implore you to get a good understanding of LSA, the operator myth has been debunked many many times.
